At Beeline, our certification training sets us apart from our competitors by incorporating a unique approach to helping client programs get the most out of their Beeline system!  

 

Beeline VMS Level I Certification:

This self-directed course covers Beeline VMS foundational level topics such as roles, basic workflows, and system/admin functionality through a series of “see it, try it” hands-on exercises. The overall goal is to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process in order to support their day-to-day operations.

  • Beeline VMS overview
  • Learn system functionality and understanding
  • Learn user roles, functions, and responsibilities
  • Workflow activities in a "sand box" environment

// Steps to Complete

  • Successful completion of Beeline VMS Level I Certification assessment
    • Pass Workflow Assessment (80% or higher)
    • Pass Final Assessment (80% or higher)

// Upon Successful Completion, Participant:

  • Becomes 'Beeline System Certified' and receive the following:
    • Certificate of Completion
    • Digital Badge
    • Specialized User Role and Dashboard
  • Eligible for CCWP Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)





 


 

Beeline Level II Certification:

Offerings of both instructor-led and self-directed. This course covers Beeline VMS advanced administrative functionality and reporting such as of security, procurement, and assignments, import templates, time entry, and reporting advanced functions. Participants are provided new access and visibility post training encouraging and allowing the client to optimize the program. This training can be tailored to meet specific client needs. Options include on-site or virtual sessions as well as closed (single client attendees) or open (multiple client attendees) sessions.

// Prerequisites

  • ​​​Completion Beeline VMS Level I Certification 

// Steps to Complete

  • *Successful completion of Beeline VMS Level II Certification assessment
    • Pass Technical Assessment (80% or higher)
    • Pass Reporting Assessment (80% or higher)
    • Pass Reporting Scenario Assessment (80% or higher)

*Note: Assessments are aligned with your Beeline VMS Level II Certification selection.

// Upon Successful Completion, Participant:

  • Become “Beeline Advanced System Certified” or “Beeline Reporting System Certified” based on certification selection and receive the following:
    • Certificate of Completion
    • Digital Badge
  • Eligible for CCWP Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
 

 



 

 


Beeline Level III Certification:

This instructor-led course is highly customized and is inclusive of analyze and optimize, dashboard workshop. This is a follow up to the Level II Certification and is intended for mature program teams interested in maximizing their use of Beeline VMS. The training looks closely at existing reports and workflows, helping programs make more informed decisions and better manage the information available to them. This training can be tailored to meet specific client needs.  

// What Is Included

  • Participants will work alongside the instructor within their client-specific environment
  • Opportunity Workshop focuses on:
    • Open forum discussion
    • Whiteboarding analysis
  • Detailed review of client-specific reports
  • Detailed review of client-specific workflows
  • Review the effective use of dashboards
